Totally left in the dark post-purchase. It's been 10 days with zero replies, no tracking info, nada! Watch out, folks. Citi Bank visa's got my back, but honestly, it's just not worth all this trouble.

"A Zero Rating Would Fit Better"
A zero rating would fit better. These folks are terrible. There's no quality control whatsoever. My eyeglasses arrived damaged after a long wait of 18 days. The damage is so clear it shows they couldn't care less and just want me to swallow the cost. Seriously, avoid alldesignerglasses dot com!!!
I'm stuck dealing with customer service, which, of course, is in another country. They seem to be reading from cue cards. It's like chatting with a robot, maybe even worse. So far, I haven't even received the go-ahead to return the damaged items.
The glasses they sent are totally beyond repair. What kind of company sends such junk to a customer?
JUST DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I had a pretty solid experience with this online glasses retailer, even though I just got a frame and skipped the lenses. I placed my order over the phone on June 10, 2019. The customer support was really good, and the sales rep knew her stuff when I had questions about the frame. She even checked if the frame was available (it was) and informed me about the shipping time. I got the frame in exactly 7 days (June 17). It didn’t fit quite like I expected, but that’s on me. I called alldesignerglasses.com to sort out the return, and once again, the sales rep was super helpful and informed. They do have a 15% restocking fee for returns, but I was aware of that since it’s mentioned on their site. I shipped the frame back on June 25, and my refund for 85% of what I paid hit my credit card on July 3. All in all, I’d say this company does a great job with customer service. However, their website can be quite buggy, making it tough to search for the frames you want.
Update June 10, 2022 - I ended up buying two of the same frame from a local eyeglasses shop in the U.S., and I noticed that those two frames fit differently compared to the one from alldesignerglasses.com. The U.S. frames were both narrower around the nose than the one from alldesignerglasses.com, even though the specifications were identical.

She even checked the stock availability (it was in stock) and informed me about the shipping time. I got the frame in exactly 7 days (June 17). It didn’t fit quite like I expected, but that’s on me.
